Reminder: The Foreign Business Act Annexes: Activities restricted or open to foreigners

In this post you will find the 3 annexes of the Foreign Business Act that is regulating the activities which are not permitted to foreigners, and activities which exercise is restricted but for which foreign investors may obtain a foreign business license that allows them to exercise the said activity under the form of a 100% foreign owned business.
Be reminded that activities that are not permitted to be exercised by foreign investors are not completely closed to them and that foreign investors can legally have a 49% minority investment in those sectors of activities

LIST ONE
The businesses not permitted for aliens to operate due to special reasons:
