I assume that many readers have in a recent past tried to assist a Thai citizen in obtaining a visa. Now what is your take on the process. Especially more and more Embassies in Thailand have contracted the services of Private companies to handle visas applications like for example TLS Contact for the French Embassies. What is the BOI?

The Board of Investment or BOI is an agency set-up by the government to provide investment incentives to foreign or local investors that invest in promoted or priorities activities.
