I just read an article in an Asian newspaper dealing with the current problem of the Chinese government in relation to Universities population. Women do better than men in entrance exams and the number of women that enter universities is higher than the number of men. In addition women do better than men and have superior results.

It is always difficult for a new buyer freshly arrived on a market to make an informed decision on what and where to buy? I have been around for 12 years, believe that I have a good understanding of the market but still I learn new things every day. Should you trust your agent to recommend you the best product available. You may, of course but you could also try to find out for yourself what the situation is.

One thing I find interesting when blogging is that Google and WordPress have tools that permit me not only to check what articles are the most successful but also the search queries of my blog readers. Now when looking at the queries I notice that there is still a lot of confusion among readers as to definition of legal concepts such as Thai or Foreign Private Limited Company and nominees. I tried hereinafter to clarify those concepts.

According to Alexa (who is not a gogo girl but a website) the top search queries for readers of my blog at the moment is “how to buy a bar in Thailand” at 5% which is quite impressive. It means that out of the 12,000 monthly readers of my blog 600 readers per month are interested in the bar business in Thailand. There was a very interesting article in the Bangkok Post this morning by a journalist named Kong Rithdee about what the author call Thailand’s Idiotic Mindset. In his article he was dealing with two subjects which are definitively idiotic.The first subject he dealt with was a question of the O-Net national test for Grade 12 students that was as follows:Question: What should you do when you have a sexual urge?
