Is Thailand’s standard of education Good?

Having spent 10 years ago a full 18 months teaching and lecturing in Thai schools and government universities and having continued, from time to time, lecturing at Thai universities I had a look at the system from the inside and based on this personal experience I would say that Thailand has overall a good education system.

As explained above, if you wish to invest into an activity, which is controlled under FBA List 2 or 3, and own more than 50% of the share equity of your business, then one of the options available to you is to apply for a foreign business license. A reader remarked that I posted a lot of information as to real estate selling prices but did not give to date any information as to construction prices. The problem is that while there is actually a lot of data available on this matter, the information provided is not always coherent. In the post I cancelled I only posted the highest price range information but i felt that to do so was only giving you part of the picture.
